How can I solve the PDE equations at different temperature together with comsol script?

My problem is that when I was trying to solve the heat equation and mass diffusion equation together, I need estimate the temperature, if the T is more than a certain value, then I need choose another formula in the mass diffusion equation, as show in the attached flow chart. Can I solve it by using the comsol batch? Thanks in advance.
