parasitic capacitance

hi,
i m designing a capacitive comb drive accelerometer in this i want to take parasitic capacitance in to account in order to find capacitance but i cant find where it is...could you please help me out

Hi

but how can COMSOL decide what is "nominal" and what is "parasitic" capacitance ? you need to define your surfaces for the "nominal" value and integrate, and then look at the ratio with the full capacitance given by COMSOL. Check the internal equations to see how COMSOL estimates the capacitance, or read some of the model library examples
