Power loss with impedance boundary condition

I am trying to validate, under dynamic conditions, power loss in a volume is same as surface loss when modelled with impedance boundary condition boundary of relevant part of geometry. For this I have used eddy current tutorial of comsol and run it twice:

once with default magnetic insulation condition and calculated volumetric loss density

next with impedance boundary applied to the relevant part of geometry (sphere and plate, in two different models attached) and obtained surface loss density.

These two are not same as should be.

I have attached models with this mail. In sphere model, results are quite close, but these should vary under different boundary conditions because impedance boundary is for flat surfaces. Plate model show a lot of error in values under these conditions which shouldn't be.

Can you please see what's wrong with my models? Or maybe in my understanding of impedance boundary condition.
