Modeling transport equation with additional terms

Hello everyone,

I am trying to model the oxygen movement inside the blood stream. I am using Transport of Diluted Species with convection.

The equation I'm trying to model is Where is the diffusion coefficient, is the solubility coefficient, is the velocity field of the blood, and are constants, and is a function with respect to pressure

My questions are 1. How do I get the partial pressure instead of the default concentration 2. In comsol, the term multiplied by the velocity field is the gradient of the concentration, how do I change it so that I have this whole term multiplied by the velocity field?
