MATLAB LiveLink license issues

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Dear COMSOL users,

I want to run a COMSOL job via the MATLAB link on my Computer. The license Type I use is Floating Network.
When there are no licenses available on the server, I get very lengthy error messages when trying to run my models and MATLAB is stuck for a short moment.

I would like to have a possibility to check wether licenses are available before starting the model, e.g. with a Matlab-function that I would run in a loop, or with a shell command.

Unfortunately I did not find anything alike in the LiveLink Documentation.
I would appreciate your help a lot!

Best,
Sascha
