Comsol 4.2a Mac 10.7 lion

I am trying to update COMSOL from 4.2 to 4.2a (since I have some files saved as 4.2a). But when I click on the install the COMSOL icon appears on the menu bar but then disappears and nothing happens. Any idea what is going on?
I have the latest Java installed.

Any help is very much appreciated.
