can not run COMSOL 4.2a in batch mode

I am trying to run asimple COMSOL model/file in batch mode (under LINUX). I am following the instructions written in COMSOL Multiphysics Installation and Operation Guide page 89-90. So, I am activating the batch mode from the "Advanced Study Options" then I type in the command line:

name@pcxx:~$ comsol batch -inputfile BtachTest.mph -outputfile BatchTestOut.mph

But I am always getting:

"batch accept no parameter"

followed by an empty COMSOL GUI opened.

What I miss here? should I care about or active some options more?

Can you help me to run this model in batch mode?
