Solution of error: Maximum Number of segregatec iteration reached.....and residual error ig greater than the relative tolerance

Hello everyone, Here i want to discuss some errors that i am facing while running COMSOL Multiphysics 5.3a for simulation of metal hydride reactor. I have used two Physics interfaces 1. heat transfer in porous media and 2. Turbulent flow k-epslon. Select the stationery study. but when i compute the results it gives the following errors. Kindly help me and give me some suggestion to solve this error.
- Failed to find a solution.
- Maximum number of segregated iterations reached.
- In Temperature T:
- There was an error message from the linear solver.
- The relative residual (1) is greater than the relative tolerance.
- Returned solution is not converged.
- Not all parameter steps returned*.
