Comsol model in Matlab remembers the changes i made?

if i work on a model in comsol and changing and saving and changing

and after that saving it as a matlab .m file

are all the changes i ever made saved ?

i got a model of 33564 lines is it making sense

and if it saving every change should i built my model from begining and save as without runing and than i get a short
.m file??
