laser irradiation of dielectrice material

Good aftrernoon!

I need simulate of laser irradiation of ferroelectric crystall lithium niobate by nano- and microsecond laser pulse. It is required to obtain temporal and spatial distribution of tempreture, strain in bulk and surface of crystal.
What kind of comsol module I should use?
