In this webinar, we will discuss how to model vibroacoustic problems and how to couple the acoustic and structural domains. We will explain different types of acoustic-structure interaction — including acoustic-solid interaction, acoustic-piezoelectric interaction, poroelastic waves, acoustic-shell interaction, and thermoviscous acoustic-structure interaction — with applications in designing mufflers, transducers, loudspeakers, and more. During a live demo in the COMSOL Multiphysics® software, we will also show how to simulate the interaction between acoustic waves and structural vibrations.
