flow in a closed space

I want to anlyse a flow in a closed space,
In comsol 3.5a i could apply velocity boundery condition,
What can i do to simulate a fan in comsol 4.0? (I use comsol 4.0)

Also when im trying to simulate a free convection flow in a closed space.
Comsol return an error because my moudel dosent converge.

Im using a moudel for free convection that did converge when given open boundry condition.
What am i doing wrong?
