I wanna change some elements' material properties, such as density and stiffness. Is it possible to make it?

Absolutely! In version 4.0, simply select the material in the Model Builder, then in the Settings tab find the Material Contents section. You'll notice many properties listed, such as relative permittivity, density, thermal expansion, heat capacity, etc. The column labeled "value" can be edited at your choosing.
