Need help with mixture model (V4)

I'm new to multiphase modeling. I'm trying to simulate red blood cells suspended in plasma flowing through a capillary tube. I've set up a simple model with the Mixture Model application, but cannot get convergence. If anyone has worked with this application and has a few minutes, could you please review the attached model and give me your thoughts?
