Parallel running of COMSOL

Hi everyone. I am extremely new to the finite element world and modeling with COMSOL so please bare with me. I have COMSOL v3.4a and I have a license on my personal machine, as well as a floating license on a linux grid. I am trying to model a multiphysics problem but I easily get over 100,000 degrees of freedom. The problem is so multi-scale that I cannot really reduce mesh resolution while maintaining decent convergence. It is a 3D model and the computer always runs out of memory. Now, I know that COMSOL v3.4 cannot utilize parallel processing on a grid (remember I am not worried about simulation time just the memory resources). My question is: Can I have COMSOL, in any way, do some sort of parallelization ? (I tried segregated solver but it is still huge). Second, if not, let's say that I managed to make a MATLAB program that takes a huge linear problem and solve it in parallel on the grid and then give me the result back, how can I get the matrices from COMSOL to do this ? and can I give the result back to COMSOL for visualization ? This, in effect, would bypass COMSOL's solver. Thank you
