solution variable is part of geometry construction

Hi there,

Is there any chance we could get a simple MATLAB script example on how to change an interior boundary condition based on solution results?

I have 2 models that are 2-way linked via extrusion coupling variables and the solution of the first model (1D) describes the topology of an interior boundary in the second model (2D).

I tried solving the model using a 1-fluid approach and using extrusion/projection coupling variables with step functions but the model diverges as the boundary isn't smooth across the interface (interior boundary) even at high mesh density. Plus when the data of the interface in the 2D model is projected to the 1D model is shows a lot of noise which can't be good for the solution!

my question is how to use Geomspline to interpolate the solution variable (and the independent variable) across the boundary and how to initilise the system before the solution begins?

Your help would be greatly appreciated :)

Laith
