please help me how to solve this

Failed to find a solution. Singular matrix.

There are 2499 void equations (empty rows in matrix) for the variable comp1.V. at coordinates: (0.658724,2.60845), (0.636722,2.59808), (0.614719,2.58772), (0.643582,2.62773), (0.621579,2.61736), ...

and similarly for the degrees of freedom (empty columns in matrix). Returned solution is not converged. Not all parameter steps returned.

Sounds like you have one or more errors in your setup and specification of the problem. I encourage you to post your .mph file to the forum so that others can examine it and offer their suggestions.

That error message means "Something Isn't Right." Either review the setup carefully or post your (reduced) .mph file.
