COMSOL keep in background after close

COMSOL 6.1 keep in background and still cosume mass RAM after quit all its programmes, which have to end task in task manager manually.

My CPU is AMD 7940hs, for comparison, my another PC with intel CPU have no such issue. Is there any way to let COMSOL be automatic killed in background after close? Or it is a bug?
