No solution found and singular matrix while adding surface charge accumulation

Dear experts,
I tried to add the "surface charge accumulation" boundary condition in my model, however, similar error always occurs whatever I tried anyother models. The error shows below,
No solution found. Singular matrix.
For grid instance 0, there are 24470 empty equations (empty rows in the variable comp1. es. sigs matrix).
Located at coordinates: (3.86266e-05, 0.000104901, -1.78427e-05), (4.53078e-05, 0.000107954,0), (4.49185e-05, 0.000108396, -8.00708e-07), (4.50445e-05, 0.000108663, -4.00354e-07), (4.48016e-05, 0.000109384, -8.00713e-07)
The returned solution does not converge. Not all parameter step sizes were returned.
Do they lack of some constraint conditions？The models I tried can run smoothly before I add the "surface charge accumulation" boundary condition", I am confused why the errors are similar for all of them.
