Importing complex mesh geometries (3mf files) from Ntopology into COMSOL

Hey I am having trouble importing geometries generated on Ntopology into COMSOL. Volumetric meshes that i import simply dont compute ("due to empty matrix lines"). When I import 2D mesh it is usually missing edges or adds random bits to the geometry.
