Line Current (Out of plane) direction

I'm trying to adapt a 3D simulation to a 2D axisymmetric one, in the 3D one I have a dipole point emiting in the z direction, but in 2D there's not dipole element, since the Line curret emits in the phi direction and it's placed in the rotation axis, the electric field is always zero. Is there a way to change the direction of the line?
