What File(S) Does Livelink for Creo Parametric Install Look For?

I tried pointing the installer to a number of Creo subfolders and it keeps returning the "not found" error. What exactly is it looking for?

NOTE: Replaced previous question because I meant to type Creo rather than Matlab.

Also, can livelink be configured after install?
