How to assign polarity

Hi,
I have a model in which I have to assign a positive polarity to one body and a negative polarity to another body.
The problem is using the electrical potential BC in 2D it doesnt assign the BC to the entire body but to the edge of the body,
What should I do so that I can apply a polarity to the entire body?
