Simple question for Unit

Hello,

When I define "parameters", do I always need to put unit in Expression?

For example, if I want to define "pressure" to be used in "Study" , do I always need to put [Pa]?

Thanks.

Hi

there is no obligation, parameters mght also be numbers (unitless). But it is of good practice to use units systematically as this helps to avoid unit conversion errors.

You can always add the units in the equations when you refer to your parameters, but then you must change ALL of them if you want to be consistent and you need to adapt something

Unit issues are flagged orange by COMSOL and its a warning, it will solve anyhow. typos are flagged red, these will not allow to solve, so red errors MUST be corrected

Good luck
