batteries and fuel cell module licensing error

i am running comsol 4.0a and need to model in batteries and fuel cell module .

the problem is occurence of error "cannot obtain license for batteries and fuel cell module"

please help gotta finish my model in a weak.

Hello Ryan,

I would advise you to contact your local Comsol sales representative. If you do not know who that is, contact your local office: www.comsol.com/contact/offices/

Make sure to know your license number. You can find it by clicking "Help" => "About Comsol Multiphysics".
